We have a selection of slant bed CNC lathes with live tooling capabilities supported with a series of Hardinge flat bed lathes.

Our milling capabilities include a CNC bridgeport, two YCM mills, and our new 5 Axis YCM machine.

From roughing to finishing, this machine will enable us to cut down on set up times as well as overall lead times, while increasing machining quality and the precision of complex machining processes.
In conjunction with the 5 Axis we run EDGECAM programming software, this seamlessly integrates 4 and 5 axis simultaneous machining within its milling and mill/turn environment to allow a range of multi axis cutting strategies to be applied to the most complex tooling or components.
This Machine is designed especially for high quality, complex parts.
