Turnspeed Precision Engineering have 1 Verticle Turning Centre with a robotic loader, this Compact and highly precise vertical turning center meets all requirements of low-cost flexible series production of chuck parts.
The vertical mobile motor spindle carries out the "handling" and "machining" functions.
Short travel distances, combined with high rapid traverse speeds, substantially reduce the non-productive times.

All these machines have driven tooling, allowing components to be finished to drawing on one machine, removing the need for any conventional second operation works, savings which are all passed onto the customer.
