We offer a free site survey and design, all equipment installed by Air Resolve includes a 3 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Air Resolve Ltd offers full service and maintenance contracts, whether on equipment installed by ourselves or existing equipment.
Regular scheduled works carried out will keep equipment in good working order and ensure its maximum working efficiency.

After an initial inspection of the system is completed, a further reassessment should carried out be every 5 years.
All buildings will need to have air conditioning energy assessment certification completed by an accredited assessor.
Non-compliance could result in investigation by Trading Standards and a fine of 300 for each A/C unit without a report or certificate.

If you have stationary refrigeration or air conditioning systems then you must prevent and repair any leakage of F-gases, these include all HFC's which are used in refrigeration and air conditioning and are linked to global warming.
You must ensure that all recovery of refrigerant /gases is completed by certified personnel.
Where you have leakage detection systems fitted on large systems these must be checked on an annual basis.
Air Resolve engineers are fully qualified in safe handling of refrigerants and are registered with REFCOM.
