With the introduction of the new 'S' stock, it was decided that a new Automatic train control ATC system was to be installed with the associated infrastructure.
Encompass Engineering provide engineering and assurance activities to Metronet rail and then more recently London underground in the build of the new 'S' stock tube trains.
