Our Machining Facility which is based in Coventry comprises of an Engineering Workshop and Design Office. We provide various services relating to the Engineering Industry ranging from 1 off bespoke specialist tooling to high volume production runs. Our fully licensed One CNC software package enables us to provide a quality 3D design, which is operated by fully skilled Design Engineers with on-going manufacturing experience.
We also offer a sub-contract Machining facility including component Manufacture and Product Assembly, in addition to Jig and Fixture Design and Manufacture. During which time we have gained experience in machining most Materials including all grades of Stainless Steel including Duplex Steels UNS 31803,M ild Steel including T45 tube used for Roll Cages etc, Aluminium, Titanium, Inconel, Copper, Brass and most plastics including Nylon, Polycarbonate, Ertacetal, Peek and Polypropylene.
We also manufacture components in Graphite and Carbon.

Our machines are fitted with a fourth axis which we mainly use for 3D milling and Fin work but is also flexible for other types of work including specialist Motorsport and Automotive Engine components manufactured to the very high standard expected by the Automotive and Racing industry.

Our CNC machines have multi bar feeding in addition to chuck work, we have the facility for CNC bar feed components up to a diameter of 65mm.
We also manufacture low volume turned parts on our CNC Lathe up to 410mm in diameter using various materials from steel to Stainless Steel (all grades) to Brass, Copper, Nickel Alloy and Aircraft materials such as Inconel the material of choice for the majority of aircraft engine components.
