Mintdale Engineering established in 1976 by the current Managing Director Mr Chris Toyne and his wife Christine, they were later joined by their son Jason who is now the Production Manager and his wife Julie. Over the years we have moved from producing one off specials to medium volume automated production. Investing in the very latest CNC technology we now have Turning Centres with sub-spindles with live tooling and magazine bar feeds to enable one hit machining.

We have machining centres with rotary axis for those complex machined items.
Services
Our clean room facility offers the ability for our operators to assemble, sub-assemble and final assemble parts for any industry including medical and drinks dispense.
It has been created to a level of cleanliness required to assemble to Medical and Drinks Dispense standards.
Customer's products are ultrasonically degreased prior to assembly.
Within the room we also offer a leak testing facility post assembly having invested in the latest leak testing technology, we can test up to 8 items at one push of a button.
An innovative and outstanding automatic lathe.
The 42iTTU has been designed with 9 axes and 2 spindles which includes a sub spindle with X, Y and Z positioning.
It also has driven tools and the option of a powerful B axis milling for simultaneous and efficient machining.
This means the tools application becomes faster and more flexible for complicated part production.
The milling head comprises of 12 motorised tools for 360° continuous leads for even greater flexible tool arrangement and significantly efficient production for small and medium lot sizes.
