Services
At the core of Mission Patterns expertise is a firm foundation in those traditional skills upon which pattern & mould making is based.
More than 17 years of learning the business from the ground up and an ability to handcraft with precision now combine with the latest technologies and manufacturing processes in a company which retains and respects traditional skills but has a very modern outlook.
With an ability to respond quickly without ever compromising quality, Mission Patterns is clearly customer-focused - and has a firm grasp upon the requirements of clients who are often under deadline pressures.

Combining traditional skills with technology, together with a practical working knowledge of a wide range of sectors, we provide a full and comprehensive service to our customers, from concept to completion.
Many of the techniques we use are traditional craft skills, acquired through years of experience and learning the job from the 'ground up'.
The workshop features plenty of well-respected names in pattern-making production machinery too - spot the Wadkins!
Equally, technology has a vital role to play - we blend the old with the new seamlessly, to ensure the very best outcome for customers.

Although we all acknowledge that technology has an important role to play, the traditional core skills are still vital.
With the ability to produce manually from 2-D drawings, Mission Patterns manufactures patterns, core boxes and models to the very highest standards.
From one-off small loose patterns to very large patterns - supplied either loose, board-mounted or as box-less moulds, to suit the customer's requirements.

Mission Patterns can help to avoid adjustments later in the process by producing lightweight models for sampling and testing purposes.
For tooling that will have multiple parts it is particularly useful to see how everything fits together - and also to assess how the tool will sit in its working position on site.
Once we are sure that the model is a perfect fit, mould equipment is produced so the items can be made the relevant precast material.
