Utilising our Charmilles 240cc Wire Eroder & Cad Cam Software enables us to produce complex and intricate parts & profiles in a wide variety of materials with little distortion and heat generation to maintain a high degree of accuracy and surface finish.
Parts can be produced from pre-hardened Toolsteels eliminating the need for grinding of punches and dies for press tools and extrusion dies.
Also other exotic materials which would be difficult to manufacture by other conventional methods.
Neville Engineering currently has two Hurco VM4 CNC Milling Machines equipped with a 4th Axis which enables us to produce multi-sided machining of components in one set up.
