Based in Norwich, the company was founded in 2006 and in 2015, due to the growth of the business, the company incorporated as Russell Civil Engineering Ltd with Allan Russell as Managing Director. Since then they have continued to grow, in an increasingly demanding market, producing quality groundworks and maintaining excellent client relationships built up over the years.
Health and Safety is paramount to the company, with environmental policies rigorously enforced at every stage of each project. It is important for me to provide a professional and quality service which the company in renowned for. This isn't to be limited to just the construction side of the business but every facet such as health and safety, personnel and aftercare.
Our work ethic of investing in people within the company through apprenticeships, further education and site based training to improve skills and knowledge has resulted in having a low turnover of staff. I am proud of the work we do and that people who have the experience of working with us in the past continually look to work with us agin in the future.
