We are able to offer petrolatum tape and the precision machining of prototype 1 off parts, through to multi thousand, high volume batch runs.
We can offer scheduled despatch of kits or single components via Kanban, direct to stock or direct to the assembly line.

CNF Precision Engineering offer the precision CNC milling of components from a wide range of materials for many different industry sectors including: Aerospace, Defence, Medical, F1, Motorsport, Scientific, Electronics, Subsea, Oil & Gas, medical, Automotive to name but a few.
We manufacture milled components in all batch sizes, from prototypes to high volume batch runs of many tens of thousands.
Our CNC Milling capacity ranges from a very modern, temperature controlled plant of standard 3 axis vertical machining centres through to multi axis, and multi pallet, robot fed machining centres.

We use our established network of third party suppliers for processes we are not able to carry out in house.
Processes available include Anodising, Electro Plating, Electro Polishing, Painting, Laser Engraving, Polishing, Wet and Powder Painting, Explosive/Thermal deburring, Vibratory Deburring, Bead Blasting etc etc.
We can supply Certificates of Conformity for all finishing processes where necessary.

The tablet gives the operators a view of schedule of work, and enables us to collect real time data from the operators by way of clocking in and out of work and on and off of jobs as they happen.
Document distribution is much more efficient and always up to date.
Each tablet keeps the operators informed with quality alerts, drawing changes and any other useful historical data.
The tablet runs our in house designed and developed management software that is networked across the building.
