With over 30 years' industry experience and 20 years as a Chartered Civil Engineer, Richard has significant expertise in the design and supervision of major highway projects and industrial and residential development infrastructure including planning, Flood Risk Assessments and adoption procedures.
As Director of Ingent Consulting Engineers, he has overall responsibility for client projects and enjoys working with all the members of his team.
