As precision engineering specialists we have been delivering engineering excellence for over 30 years. We have a diverse range of CNC Milling techniques. This array of capabilities ranges from simple machined parts to complex machined components in prototype & low or medium batch sizes. With a vast range of CNC lathes, our turning section is ideal for efficient & effective production of high-quality components for prototyping as well as low to medium batch sizes.

For fine surface finishing & high-tolerance dimensions, we have capabilities for both surface & cylindrical grinding ranging from small to medium batches. We offer wire electrical discharge machining as well as wire-cutting which is used to produce intricate & delicate shapes in various materials that would be extremely difficult to do so via any other method.

We have been providing clients with a high-quality and consistent service across a wide range of industries for over three decades. Many of our clients have a global outreach and our suppliers can see our work distributed worldwide.
Services
A Fawcett Precision Engineering Ltd was originally founded by David Peaker in 1983, the company was named after Arthur Fawcett who had sold the business to Mr Peaker.
Since our inception, we have overseen emphatic growth, culminating in the acquisition of a much larger, purpose-built factory in Elland near Halifax in 1987.
This ideal and prime location has since provided a high-quality working environment and sufficient space for us to continue expanding without compromising quality of service or product, providing a first class CNC Machining service focussed on the needs of existing and potential customers across the North of England, allowing us to create a presence in the local precision engineering community.
We have made significant investment in new technology and the state-of-the-art machinery that includes large and small milling and centre lathe machines as well as CNC turning and CNC milling machine centres.
We also offer wire erosion facilities and various surface and cylindrical grinding machining.

Thanks to the diversity of products that we have worked with from machine tooling, jigs and fixtures through to automation machines our milling section has developed into one of our main assets.
We have a diverse range of CNC Milling techniques.
This array of capabilities ranges from simple machined parts to complex machined components in prototype and low to medium batch sizes.
Continuous investment in our plant machinery, using the latest tooling, our ability to create cost savings, whilst still producing tight tolerances & quality components allows us to remain at the forefront of precision engineering.
Through strategic and customer driven investment, we have built up partnerships with some of the largest OEM's in the energy sector, serving the oil & gas and valve industries.
A Fawcett Engineering recognises the importance of excellent customer service together with quality parts and as a result we have formed long term partnerships with our customers, which in many cases has lasted 10 and 20 years.
We can machine your precision turned components using various materials such as mild steel, brass, copper, aluminium, plastics, titanium, stainless steel, steel alloys and duplex.
For fine surface finishing and high tolerance dimensions, we have capabilities and capacity for both surface and cylindrical grinding ranging from small to medium batches and can grind all types of metals.
