Services
Our NC Milling capabilities range from simple 1off programming to 3 Axis surface machining with the added feature of a 4th Axis machining, all these are mainly programmed from our CADCAM (Mastercam) system using customer files in the STEP, IGES or DXF format.
XYZ 1000LR VERTICAL MILLING CENTRE has all the same capacity as the XYZ 1010 but without the 4th Axis, again can be programmed at the machine or a program transferred from our CADCAM system.
CINCINNATI DART 500 VERTICAL MILLING CENTRE is a smaller footprint of the above machines but has the same capabilities.

Our NC Turning capabilities range from small diameter (O3mm) to large diameter parts (over O300mm diameter) in varying degrees lengths and up to a maximum length of 1 meter.
Hurco TM8i Turning Centre with multifeed bar feeder, is ideal for medium to larger batch runs from 3mm to 51mm diameter in a collet chuck with parts catcher, larger diameters can be accommodated with a 3 jaw chuck and revolving centre, this machine can be programmed directly at the machine itself or a program can be transferred from our CADCAM (Mastercam) system.

Our manual machining capabilities include various grinding solutions from Cylindrical, centreless and surface, we also have the capability to re-grind milling cutters, drills and reamers, our grinding machines are as follows:.
Our other manual operated machinery include a 50 Tonne Power Press, various Pillar Drills, band saws, 8ft Safan Guillotine with digital readout, box and pan folder and a Carbolite oven for Heat treating and last but not least a small sand blasting cabinet, all these facilities complement our main area on Turning and Milling.
