Our scope of works here is crane base, mass fill footings, proposed retail unit concrete slabs, drainage, services, piling attendance, core drilling and structural alterations to existing RC Frame, extension of the RC cores from 7th through to 9th Floor, install lightweight concrete floors, and associated site works.
Our scope of works at Greek St. is a double basement excavation by means of four stage conveyors, a sequential underpinning of double basement perimeter, movement monitoring, temporary works consisting of soil anchors, props and whalers, basement drainage, raft slab, liner walls, intermediate floor slabs and structural waterproofing.
