We are Chartered Structural Engineers based in Penwortham, on the outskirts of the city of Preston and have been providing structural advice to clients for over 25 years. We work for both domestic and commercial clients on both large and small projects. Our projects include apartment blocks, health centres, nurseries, domestic properties, hotels, barn conversions, industrial portal frame buildings, swimming pools, loft conversions, nursing homes and retail outlets.
We have produced designs in many different materials such as steel, timber, reinforced concrete and masonry. We work with Councils, Local Authorities, Lancashire Constabulary, housing developers, Architects, Surveyors and private individuals. We work closely with the design team to ensure a smooth process that results in a functional, economical design, however, we are quite happy to work on smaller jobs directly with the client or their builder.
We are able to attend site to resolve any structural problems that may arise during the course of the work.
