Ladbrook Manufacturing has been setting the standard for British innovation and engineering since 1936. Based in Norfolk, with a reputation built on partnership, client service, and quality, we deliver to the UK and beyond. From the Ladbrook Manufacturing core business of Metal Pressing, we have diversified the type of service and processes we offer as a response to changing technologies and markets.
We provide a complete project service to the highest standards and quality, to satisfy the demands of our exacting clients. Full range of materials processed, including Brass, Aluminium, Stainless, Duplex, Copper and Mild Steel. This process can be combined with our pressing capability to provide the complete solution. Parts can be spun in a wide range of materials, from the softer non ferrous metals through to the harder specialist steels like Duplex and Stainless Steel.
A continued increase in business is creating new opportunities here at Ladbrook. We are therefore looking for Operator's/Fabricator's with a basic knowledge/experience of Tig Welding.

Services
Ladbrook Engineering & Manufacturing was established in South London in 1936 moving to Norfolk in 1947, and is still privately owned by the founding family.
For many years the core business was solely Press Tool making and Presswork, servicing industries such as armaments, furniture and building hardware, electrical and electronics, auto accessories, horticultural buildings and other niche markets.
From 1990 Ladbrook diversified into other processes and markets.
Using their experience and expertise in traditional production techniques as a platform, Ladbrook are uniquely placed to provide support to businesses founded on both the traditional and the modern.

Metal Spinning is a specialist manufacturing process used to produce conical and cylindrical shapes for use in a wide range of industries, such as Automotive, Water heating, Medical and Architectural.
A flat metal disc is loaded in to the machine, and is clamped against the Metal Spinning former.
The roller assists the flow of the material over the spinning former creating the shape required.
In-house Former production: At Ladbrook UK, we design and produce our own Spinning Formers in-house by our engineers based on our customer's requirements.

Our experience: Ladbrook have over 75 years of experience in metal pressing, prototyping, tool design and manufacture.
We continue to develop new ways to design and manufacture tooling that ensures Ladbrook continue at the forefront of tool making.
Wire Erosion & CNC machining: When wire erosion became an established technique back in the seventies, Ladbrook soon adopted the technology for the manufacture of dies used in press tooling, and blanks for development/prototype work.
This expertise has been further expanded, by the progression into CNC machining, which greatly assists the traditional methods of tool making that we still employ to this day.
