With many staff retained after serving an apprenticeship at Crabb our skilled workforce produce parts from all types of material including; Plastics, Aluminium, Brass, Carbon Steels, Stainless Steels and Exotics.
Supported with a stand-alone Engineering Department using Solid Works, off line programming via Edgecam, Process 2 MRP and both manual and CNC CMM we can assist with most milling requirements as well as managing outside processes such as Heat Treatment, Anodizing, Painting etc.

Equipped with 9 machines including Akebono, Daewoo, XYZ, Hitachi -Seiki and Romi our bar feed and live tooling capability allow us to support most turning requirements up to 230mm chucking, 65mm bar and 700mm between centres ranges.
