After the collapse of the wall to the rear of a residential property, which resulted in a land slip we were called to help to provide a workable solution which would satisfy both the home owners and the insurers.
Working with the home owners, the insurers, contractors, and local residents, Michael Pooler Associates oversaw the project to build a new retaining wall, and secure the land above.
We were even able to set the new wall back an extra metre to give the owners better access to the rear and side of their property.

If one runs through your land, or under your property it may be worthwhile to check you're insured if something goes wrong with it.
