The company was originally ADR Engineering, a general subcontract machining business, set up by the founding co directors Alan Warren and David Jones in 1982.
Then, in 2002 they acquired Hillside Precision Engineering, another subcontract precision engineering business and formed Hillside ADR Ltd.
