Whilst, I fully appreciate it is extremely difficult to monitor sub-contractors, take into consideration the general public, and satisfy the time restriction of low noise levels for the three tower blocks, virtually sitting on top of the project, however, it would appear all measures have been achieved.During this project I have to congratulate you!
