BREEAM is the Building Research Establishment's (BRE) recognised tool for determining whether a development is sustainable in respect of energy use, emissions, transport, facilities for users and the efficient use of land.
Burke Morrison are registered with the BRE to provide both assessment and consultancy for a wide range of project types and can tailor our service level to suit the specific requirements.
Members of the Burke Morrison Sustainability Team are BREEAM Accredited Professionals (BREEAM AP) and can demonstrate specialist skills in sustainability and environmental design combined with a high level of competence in the BREEAM assessment process.
