Building Information Modelling - or BIM - is the process of designing and modelling a building collaboratively.
It uses a single system to combine architectural, structural and building services elements into a single 3D model.
BIM offers both the client and BAILEYGOMM enormous gains by saving time and cost, providing much greater project continuity and reduced risk, and the avoidance of error, alterations or re-work due to lack of information.
Adopting BIM involves more than simply changing the software we use, but the way in which buildings are designed.

We are partnered with The John Warner (secondary) School in Hoddesdon, mentoring students in engineering and attending engineering open days.
