For prototype and small batches, customers are increasingly looking to rapid manufacturing techniques, such as laser sintering, for production of components in very short lead times; or for parts which would be difficult or even impossible to create in any other way.
The problem with these sintered parts is that they do not provide high enough accuracy or surface finish for many applications.
We are now pleased to be able to offer our customers a complete service whereby we will take your 3D CAD data, produce the sintered parts in metal or plastic and machine critical features so that you can now have a usable part for your pre-production trials.
