Paul founded Foran Construction Ltd in 2011 and is responsible for Strategic management, Client Focus and Pre-construction activities within the Group, while also supporting all other areas of the business.
Paul has a family background in Business Groundworks and Civil Engineering and has 15 years' Experience in the UK Construction Industry.
He achieved both a degree in Construction and Surveying from the University of Westminster and Full Chartership of the CIOB and is currently on route for full membership of the RICS.
