Stable Engineering (MK) Ltd was established in 1979 and prides itself on producing high quality machined components to any specification. Our staff are highly skilled and fully time served machinists, precision engineers with experience in the blow moulding, aerospace and formula one industries. This year we have invested in a new Daewoo Lynx 210 long bed CNC lathe with a 65mm through spindle capability and an excellent Okamoto DX63 surface grinder with NC control. These new machines have increased our capacity and reduced lead times as we can now react quicker to meet our customer's demands. Over the years we have built up an extensive knowledge of all aspects of blow moulding consumable tooling from simple shear steels and cutting discs to complex neck inserts and top blocks.
With our close relationship with our tooling suppliers we specialise in Cbn Diamond turning of hardened steels and Pcd tooling for aluminium machining.
