In 2009 Ian retired leaving his sons Bruce and Glynn to take IDS forward.
They have brought to the business a wealth of experience in the catering arena including working in hotels and restaurants.
With qualifications in gas and electric engineering, our team is able to deal with an array of catering engineering requirements.
