Formed in 1986, EDP are vastly experienced and capable M&E Consultants and registered Low Carbon Energy Assessors servicing the needs of many clients over the whole range of building types. The practice is also a MEP Modular building and offsite construction specialist and has a wide skill base. Each project or feasibility study is managed by a Partner who is will ensure the highest standards of technical, managerial and financial performance.

EDP is renowned for its common sense approach to meeting client's needs and identifying innovative M&E solutions that are functional, efficient and cost effective. A comprehensive service can be provided; feasibility, planning, design, project management, cost control, supervision of M&E works and provide complete range of duties necessary to achieve the functional, aesthetic, quality and safety requirements of its clients, on time and budget.

EDP staff are registered LCEA Level 4/5 Low Carbon Energy Assessors, we use dynamic simulation software to thermally model projects and issue BRUKL documents for the Part L Building Regulation compliance at the "As-Designed" and "As-Built" stages, provide BREEAM evidence and to produce the necessary EPCs at completion.
