With our own plant and fleet of vehicles, Flatbase retain full control of every project by removing the reliance on third party providers for these key deliverables, except for the rare occasion when we need to call upon the services of our sister company Woodbridge Plant Ltd.
Our ownership also ensures that all equipment arriving on site has been fully tested, inspected and certified as being in good working order, therefore significantly reducing the potential for project delays.

FBCS was awarded the project by way of competitive tender.
The project entailed the construction of a reinforced concrete basement car park and ground floor slab to a 12 unit apartment block.
The works commenced with the construction of a reinforced concrete guide wall for the 165m perimeter secant piled wall.
FBCS provided the pile attendance for these works along with the internal contiguous piles.
A reinforced concrete capping beam was then constructed to the top of the secant piled wall.
Bulk excavation (4750m3) followed thereafter in phases due to the access constraints within the site.
