CPC Civils is a national civils engineering contractor and a customer focused family business driven by safety and quality, established by Managing Director Con Cunningham. CPC Civils Group was set-up in 1985 and then renamed in 1997, Con continues to run the business with many family members to this day.
With a large team of experienced personnel; from site labour, engineering and management through to offsite project management, and with a considerable plant resources and high safety and quality standards, CPC Civils are more than capable of completing complex engineering schemes as well as major and minor construction projects throughout the UK.

Con has over 44 years experience in the industry and plays a very active role in company operations today.
After working at Touche Ross (Deloitte) since his college days, Martin was approached by Con Cunningham in 1991 to join his growing business.
Martin is the Company Secretary and looks after all financial matters within the group.
Merv oversees all our frameworks nationally and has been part of CPC for 15 years; he has over 25 years experience in the industry ranging from CRT, Environment Agency, district heating and heavy civils.

CPC Civils started out as a pipe laying firm in the late 1970's called 'Seathurst', Since then it has kept its roots firmly in the ground and has retained many of its original team!
CPC Civils now carry out all manner of civil engineering works from piling to pipe laying, major infrastructure to formwork and commercial builds and just about everything else in the civil engineering catalogue.
