Services
We specialise in modular belt conveyors for the beverage can and bottling industries which can be used for mass conveying of steel, aluminium, plastic and glass containers.
Modular belt conveyors are also highly effective in many other production applications and industries such as food processing, labeling, packaging and automotive.
Our conveyor systems can be manufactured from mild steel powder coated finish or stainless steel for the food industry, either straight running or side flexing with a variety of belt types suited to your product requirements.
We specialise in the manufacture of product twists or sweeps for varying products and can sizes and all degrees of twist.
Twists are especially useful for changing the orientation of a can or container to enter machinery the correct way, e.g for labelling, ink jetting, packaging, filling purposes and also to 'shake' up a product before entering a cooker.
Twists are also commonly used for tipping a product to remove debris or water.
Or to simply decline from one conveyor to another and can be utilised to speed up or down a product.
After the pressing of your ends / lids we can manufacture curler discharge sweeps to feed magnetic elevator systems to transport your ends to the liner and then on further to packing stations.
Alternatively if you out source your end / lids we can manufacture single or multi lane end feed delivery systems and magnetic elevators with varying amounts of automation for feeding ends to seamer's.
FabriCan are able to design and manufacture magnetic strip feed systems to deliver strips from your coil guillotine to your end/lid press magazine.
An air conveyor uses a system of blowers, air chambers and bespoke louvered surface material to convey regular shaped products at high speeds, with very low build back pressures on accumulation.
The main operating benefit is a significant decrease in product damage, reducing your company's spoilage output which in turn increases profit.
High volume blowers / fans provide the air blowing pressure needed, this being the only necessary moving part, meaning minimal maintenance is required.
Air conveyors come in a variety of widths, lengths, curves, straights, as well as inclines and declines, all dependent upon your application.
Bespoke manufactured machine guards, made from Aluminium, Mild or Stainless Steels and plastics.
These may be necessary to bring your machinery up to current health and safety legislation and can be manufactured to integrate guard interlocks.
