Based just outside central Cambridge we are ideally located to serve London, East Anglia and the Home Counties.

As the founding Director of BCE Stan is a Chartered Engineer with over 34 years' experience in the building services industry.
Stan's experience includes all sectors including hospitals, schools, student accommodation, residential, leisure facilities, Rail and MOD.
Having graduated in 1985 at Liverpool University Stan worked for a couple of M&E consultants in Cambridge including secondments abroad in Australia and Indonesia before forming BCE in 2002.
Having been based in Cambridge since 1985 Stan has established an excellent reputation for delivering competent designs to suit the Client's needs.
