At Core Construction we are committed to providing our clients with a progressive, cost-effective service whilst maintaining the attentive values that have always been central to the company. Core Construction are a groundworks and civil engineering company based in Witham, Essex and cover Essex and the surrounding counties in addition to north and east London.

The company was established by Will Hendry in 2011, with the aim of offering clients a professional service equal to that of larger, regional groundworks contractors whilst retaining the personable approach of a family business. Striking that balance is central to how we approach each project. To date we have completed a diverse range of projects in terms of value, scope and complexity.

We work in residential, commercial, educational, industrial and healthcare sectors and recognise the challenges and constraints that these present. Our clients range from national housing developers, regional building contractors and self-builders.
