The clients request was to extend the house as big as possible to improve the living space while maintaining the character of the building.
A&S Design provided a design that met the target and had minimal effect on the neighbour's as well as meeting the planning rules.
This was in the form of a 7.5m deep & full width (10.1m) double storey extension plus a loft conversion utilizing the entire roof space.
