Services
It is our intention to transform customer's designs into working components in the shortest possible time.
To this end the Company has invested heavily in the latest CADCAM and electronic communication systems.
If the customer only provides Cad model data, it will be recorded as the matter source of information and all manufacturing operations will be derived from it.
2. If a drawing or other dimentional data is also provided, then the customer will be asked to define which is the master source of information.
Annodizing, plating, painting, heat treatments are all carried out by our approved suplliers.
Conductive Painting -The most commonly used conductive paints are loaded with either nickel, copper or silver particles.
Wet Painting -Wet painting is a general term used to cover a multitude of paint finishes, it is a method of protecting and improving the visual appearance of components, structures and fabrications.
Powder Coating -cover (an object) with a polyester or epoxy powder, which is then heated to fuse into a protective layer.
Design for manufacturability (DFM) is the process of proactively designing products to (1) optimize all the manufacturing functions: fabrication, assembly, test, procurement, shipping, delivery, service, and repair, and (2) assure the best cost, quality, reliability, regulatory compliance, safety, time-to-market, and customer satisfaction.
