We are assessed every year by the NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) to ensure our work meets the national safety standard BS 7671:2008 (IEE Wiring Regulations 17th Edition) and other relevant technical standards, as a minimum. Maintaining a close relationship with suppliers and manufactures allows KH Engineering Services to keep abreast of technological developments within the security industry.
Systems need to be regularly checked to ensure that they continue to operate properly. Our testing engineers inspect systems to check operational effectiveness, identify weaknesses and recommend solutions before potential faults lead to breakdown.

KH Engineering Services initially started trading as a sole tradership (KH Electrics) back in 1991.
The Company was founded by the current owner and Chairman after a period of successful sub-contracting to the construction industry on numerous large commercial contracts.
In 1997 the KH Engineering Services Limited Company was formed to expand on the work potential available within the UK Rail environment.
An opportunity was provided to carry out some minor install works for the territory rail divisions of what was then known as Railtrack.
The Company was founded by the current owner and Chairman after a period of successful sub-contracting to the construction industry on numerous large commercial contracts.
In 1997 the KH Engineering Services Limited Company was formed to expand on the work potential available within the UK Rail environment.

Darren's background is in Quantity Surveying which complements the companies' culture for attention to detail.
He has worked his way up within the construction industry on numerous projects in the widest range of sectors for clients both public and private, main contractors and as a consultant.
Interests outside of construction include outdoor pursuits such as football and cycling.
Mark has worked within and supported the KH group for over 25 years.
With a background in technical electrical engineering and a vast experience in all areas of delivery his attention to detail allows for a quality product to be delivered on each and every occasion ensuring client satisfaction.
