Originally, on a much smaller scale in comparison to today's operation, the maintenance fleet boasted a state of the art push bike, complete with handlebar-mounted basket for the carriage of materials!
This bicycle serviced the maintenance requirements of the local Belfast businesses and a swift upturn in business saw its early retirement from active duty in favour of more suitable transport.

He joined Stothers over 30 years ago as a trainee estimator and has worked at all levels and most departments within the company.
A former electrical UK skill Olympic medallist, Colin was the managing director from 2010 and now continues to guide the company in a successful direction as chairman.
With over 30 Years of experience within the sector, Don has progressed through the Contracts Management team, through to Mechanical Director and recently after 23 years' service within Stothers to Managing Director.
He joined Stothers over 30 years ago as a trainee estimator and has worked at all levels and most departments within the company.
