Inspection is an important part of the production process.
First off components are checked all over by the machine operator on our Etalon Derby CMM.
Difficult to measure radii and intersections on small components are checked on our Tessa Viseo Digital optical Measuring Machine.
The inspection process is repeated periodically on large batch work to ensure maintained accuracy and drawing complience.
Three arm internal bore micrometers will detect any out of round deviation on bored holes due to excessive chuck pressure.
