Uni-Mill Engineering Ltd are a sub-contract ONLY machining shop with over 40 years of experience and our location in Swindon is conveniently positioned at the heart of the M4 corridor. We are an AS9100 & ISO 14001 accredited company working with a range of customers from small start-ups to multinational corporations as anywhere from a primary manufacturing facility to an overflow option.

We operate out of our high technology manufacturing site where continuous improvement and investment in the latest machine tools and skilled employees make us a highly competitive and flexible supplier option. Over many years we have fostered relationships with local and worldwide suppliers to ensure that our prices are highly competitive and if we cannot produce it ourselves, we are able to outsource to a reliable supplier to meet our customers requirements and offer ourselves as a one stop shop.

Russell Laboratories are a surface finishing company located in Ashford, Kent(UK). Our companies had a long history of inter-company collaboration before Uni-Mill took the opportunity to acquire Russell Labs in 2008 bringing them into the Uni-Mill Group.

Uni-Mill Engineering Ltd has over 40 years of turning experience starting out on conventional lathes and later moving to specialise in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) lathes.
Our 27000 Sq ft manufacturing shop-floor has 33 CNC Turning machines with a large range of capabilities allowing us the flexibility to machine anywhere from very small to very large batch sizes at a competitive price.
This allows us the ability to be involved in the product life cycle from initial samples through mass production and finally onto the end of life spares production.
Uni-Mill Engineering Ltd have a milling department that began life as support for our highly successful turning section.
They took features that were complex and time consuming to turn and made them quick and easy to mill.
Over the years with the help of a few highly skilled individuals and increasingly complex customer requirements, the department has quickly grown into a self sufficient and highly successful section of the business.
With success comes increased investment allowing the department to grow to a total of 6 machines and purchase the latest state-of-the-art fixturing, tooling and programming software.
