We are able to volumne manufacture samples from various grades of steel, brass and copper in fact, any material your test demands, machined to your design from a simple sketch, CAD drawing or from a standard sample list.
The samples are machined to fit any type of testing rig or machine you are testing with. The samples are macined in our state of the art manufacturing cells, in our air conditioned workshop. The sample sare inspected to EN 9100 standard and packaged to prevent damage or corrosion. Here at PSM, we are extremely dedicated to supporting our customers during these difficult times.

P S Marsden's apprenticeship allows them to study for an academic qualification, whilst working and learning on our shop floor alongside respected, highly qualified engineers.
As an apprentice, they study at the Nottingham College on day release, working towards an accredited qualification and combine this experience with workplace learning.

Individual components can be marked with identification codes, QR codes & bar codes on numberus materials including Stainless steel, high-grade steel, steel, Carbon steel, Copper, Iron, ferrous metals, Magnesium, Aluminium, Brass, Gold, Silver, Platinum & Titanium using different colour text.
Dot peen marking is an alternative way of permanently identifying a component but not as versatile as Laser etching.
PSM have large capacity sawing available both horizontal and vertical to accommodate all your requirements.
