I was appointed as a director in 2002 and have been responsible for the development of our sales strategies.

I service existing clients and also help out with all manner of technical questions from customers and sales staff.

Established in 1972, Shropshire Welding Supplies was started by husband and wife, David and Carol Evans.
David had worked in the welding trade prior to setting up the company.
Their ethos was to provide local businesses with quality welding supplies, offering everything they needed under one roof - they wanted to be a one stop shop covering all aspects of the welding industry.
Aiming to provide a personal service, David started a 'milk round' type service, where he would drive a van, stocked with welding supplies, to visit local businesses on their route to see what supplies they needed.
