The company currently employs 60+ staff. Tridan Engineering Ltd can provide the full range of services expected from a modern engineering partner. Our state of the art CNC machining centres enable us to manufacture a wide range of precision components from large castings to prismatic parts.
Our facility is also complimented by our manual finishing and air conditioned assembly area. Tridan has continuously invested in machine tools, including the very latest Sliding Head, Horizontal, 5 axis CNC machining centres and lathes. The process of 5 axis machining uses Computer Numerical Control (CNC) to move up to 5 different axes simultaneously, enabling the most complex work pieces to be machined with ultra precision and increased accuracy.
Our 5 axis Mazak machining centres can provide infinite possibilities, greater precision and accuracy on highly complex parts with reduced set up times and improved productivity with multi pallet set ups.

CNC Turning at Tridan Engineering - Here at Tridan we offer CNC Turning, ranging from 1meter bar feed machines to turned parts up to 420mm Dia using the latest in machine technologies.
We have driven tool capability (live tooling) as well as our newest addition to the shop floor in a twin spindle, bar feed Mazak MSY with milling capability (done in one).
High-performance machining is guaranteed whether we are manufacturing small batches or larger production volumes.
Our machining and processes are carried out to our AS9100 certification.

Assembly at Tridan Engineering - To complement our machine shop we have an air-conditioned assembly and finishing room with downdraft benches and ultrasonic cleaning facilities.
This enables us to not only offer finish treated parts, but parts which require small to medium assembly i.e. fitting of helicoils, clinch nuts, swaged bearings, wire locking or full assembly to your requirements.
We have the facilities to carry out fine deburring with the use of microscopes and video capture along with part marking using matrix dot printers and other methods.

Within our Quality Control Department our state of the art Brown & Sharpe Sciroco CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) is complemented by PCDMIS Software including CAD++, a Renishaw Motorised Probe and a working area of 2000mm x 1000mm x 900mm.
This provides a significant asset to our Quality Control Department and contributes to the ongoing promotion of product quality within our company.
The PCDMIS Software is able to accept customer 3D Solid Models directly transferred over our Network link.
