Gas and Solar Solutions was formed in 2002 operating as a small plumbing and heating business as a sole trader.
With a steady growth over the next 6 years we became a Limited company in 2008.
We are now in our 18th year of successful trading and have hundreds of loyal customers on our books, mainly domestic, with a percentage of commercial & Industrial clients that is steadily growing.
As a small business, we provide a very personal service that you don't get with larger companies.
We listen to our customer's needs, give them what they ask for; and we are also there to advise and suggest alternative products and services that may be beneficial to you.

Drainage - An old outbuilding and coal shed was being converted into a downstairs Wc cloakroom with wash basin and utility room with a washing machine.
No drainage was available but there was a nearby manhole in the garden.
This was marked out then trenches were dug to lay the new plastic underground drainage pipe work.
This terminated through the side wall of the man hole.
New drainage in place ready for back filling.

The shower waste is an outlet in the floor tiles and the whole wall or floor area are "waterproofed" with a special solution prior to tiling.
Some very nice designs can be achieved.
These are also beneficial to customers who are a bit unsteady on their feet or with wheel chairs as the bathroom is "level access".

Then a full written quotation will be issued by post or email, whichever you prefer.
A big installation job will normally warrant a small deposit which will be deducted from the final invoice on completion.
For small jobs taking less than a day, this will be charged at an hourly rate.
You will where possible be given a rough guide line as to how many hours the job is likely to take.
