Our investment in CNC machine tools in recent years gives us the ability to produce a wide range of fabricated parts in a variety of materials from stainless steel and titanium to softer metals and plastics. We have acquired considerable experience over the years with staircases and mezzanine floors That coupled with our 3D CAD and design expertise makes C&S Fabrications the first choice for almost all fabrication jobs.

We manufacture perforated sheet metal products in Sheffield using the latest in high tech automated CNC machines. We can perforate round, square and custom shape holes through a variety of different materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and galvanised materials. We are experts in manufacturing perforated balustrade panels, infil panels, filters and industrial recycling screens.

Our engineers can also advise you for more specialist jobs such as perforated tread plates and stair treads. Our brand new state of the art 3KW laser cutter means we offer high quality laser cut profiles, with exceptional service and quality.
Services
Our founder's knowledge and experience, gained over 50 years in the fabrication industry, laid the foundations of the business and established a deserved reputation for workmanship and quality.
A family run business, now in its second generation, C&S has invested heavily in new state-of-the-art CNC machinery tools whilst continuing its sound engineering tradition.
Our professional engineering team, developed over years, proves time and time again that while technology helps you stay competitive, understanding a job from first principles is key to getting it right.
C&S Fabrications are equipped with a team of sheet metal workers with decades of experience in welding and fabrication.
Welding is a fabrication or sculptural process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool causing fusion.
Welding is distinct from lower temperature metal-joining techniques such as brazing and soldering, which do not melt the base metal.
To complement the welding process, C&S also offer linishing services including grinding, sanding and polishing of sheet metal parts to achieve the highest levels of accuracy and precision.
We can perforate metal up to 10mm thick with a maximum single size of 4 meters long by a width of 1.5 meters.
Our large tooling library means we have hole sizes and shapes to match the demands of almost any project.
Our engineers will work with you to determine the best type of perforation and style for your project.
Perforated metal has a large variety of uses in professional industries from architecture to recycling and screening.
We manufacture perforated sheet metal to the highest standards using the latest in 3d CAD and our Amada punch press machines to work to the tightest of tolerances.
Our new state of the art fibre laser means we can supply laser cutting to a large variety of sheets and plate in a range of different grades.
We can cut parts up to 3m x 1.5m in size with a maximum material thickness of 25mm.
Our most common materials are.
Laser cutting has become increasingly popular over the past decade due to its precision and high quality cut.
Our dedicated specialists work around the clock to ensure our laser cut products are manufactured to the highest standards whilst maintaining reliable and fast lead times.
C&S Fabrications are fully equipped with a two CNC press brakes for all your folding metal requirements.
With a maximum bending length of 4000mm and 220 tonnes maximum pressure, C&S are equipped to fold materials from 1mm thick up to 20mm thick.
C&S Fabrications also has the tooling capacity for more specialist types of folds including safety edges / hems (dutch folds).
Folding is also an accurate process for forming sheet metal parts to a specific radius or shape.
C&S Fabrications regularly develop patterns and form shapes such as square to rounds, segment (lobster back) bends, pipe branches and hoppers.
