Tycos Tool & Die Company was formed in 1975 and since then we have specialised in the design and manufacture of high-end pultrusion dies for the composites industry.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility allows us to accurately form grind dies up to 1.5 metres in length.
As the precision engineering industry has changed, so too has our operation.
Considerable investment, both in our workforce and our premises, means that our modern, fully equipped toolroom has the necessary facilities, including CNC and EDM technology, to meet the most demanding requirements.
