McDonald and Munro Ltd is one of Moray's largest electrical, plumbing, heating and mechanical contractors based in Elgin. The company undertakes all types of domestic, industrial, commercial and agricultural work. We are also experienced with various newer technologies within the renewable industry sector. The company is regularly awarded contracts of all sizes from smaller domestic repairs to larger tendered projects via main contractors and other organisations and commercial companies.
McDonald and Munro Ltd were established in 1974 and have a staff of more than 50 employees with a wealth of experience and knowledge, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade. Since the summer of 2013, the company has continued to expand into the plumbing, heating and mechanical sector by employing experienced personnel capable of carrying out servicing and maintenance on domestic and industrial boilers, air handling units, pressure units and AUX controls.
In addition to this we also offer plumbing services ranging from the replacement of a faulty shower or boiler, to a complete new domestic or commercial installation as well as lead and copper sheet specialists.

Graham is assisted in the management of the company by fellow Director Miguel Gomez, Contracts Manager who joined the company in 1994 as an apprentice, and his wife Christine Morrison who is the Accounts Manager.
Over recent years, the company has expanded and now employ 25 electricians, 8 plumbing and heating engineers (including commercial engineers), 13 apprentices, several who have been nominated for Scottish Apprentice of the Year, and 15 office based support staff.
