As Principal Contractor we undertake new build, extension and refurbishment projects between 1m and 10m across Sussex and Surrey. Our projects are in the Education, Commercial & Industrial, Affordable Residential and Community & Leisure sectors. Our accreditations include ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, Acclaim (SSIP), Constructionline and NHBC.
We are also a Framework Contractor for ORBIS (East Sussex County Council, Surrey County Council and Brighton & Hove City Council) and an approved contractor for West Sussex and Kent County Councils. Groundworks and civil engineering are all carried out in-house by our own qualified, experienced and directly employed workforce.

Formed in 1974 the company was originally based in Hove, East Sussex, at which time the majority of work undertaken was the construction of new local authority housing.
As the company became established, work was secured throughout all major sectors.
In order to expand the geographical area, in 1983 we moved to Haywards Heath, and to our larger purpose built offices in Boltro Road in 1989.
