Flood risk assessments may also be requested for sites in a low-risk flood zone where risk from another source is identified i.e. surface water run off.
JRC Consulting Engineers undertake site specific flood risk assessments, for all types of developments, in all flood zones countrywide, in accordance with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework and the detailed guidelines set out in CIRIA Report 624.

JRC Consulting Engineers have the in house capability to carry out both fully compliant highway design packages for proposed adopted highways via a formal S38 agreement or alterations to existing adopted highways via a S278 agreement, as well as private road and access designs to meet the various industry regulations.
Our highways designs incorporate full and detailed general arrangements, horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, highway drainage design as well as road markings & traffic signs plans.
