In 2016, Cadarn was commissioned by G Purchase, to investigate defects manifesting within a number of the apartments in Parc Bodnant. The project comprised the development of 158N° domestic dwelling for Macbryde Homes within the Morfa Gele Business Park, Abergele.
The project comprised the part demolition of an existing historical 19th century school building and the development of an 10N° semi-detached affordable housing units for DU Construction Ltd. The project comprised gaining planning permission for a vacant parcel of brown field land in the development of a new outlet for Huws Gray in Whitchurch.
The project comprised the phased extention of the existing pavilion, including the provision of sanitary & changing facilities. Cadarn Consulting Engineers Ltd were commission by Isle of Anglesey County Council to prepare a structural condition report on the existing Celtic Roundhouses at Felin Llynnon, Llanddeusant.

CADARN Consulting Engineers Ltd was formed in 2013 by its Director and Principal Engineer, Ifan Rowlands, to realise his ambition of forming an Anglesey based independent Engineering consultancy utilising, and building upon, a local workforce to develop Structural and Infrastructure expertise locally.
