Established in 2015 we have grown both in the number of Clients that we represent and also in the breadth of service offering that we provide.
Our Surveying division undertakes building surveys on residential property.
Whether acting for a prospective purchaser or a funding institution our reports provide an informed opinion of the current condition of the property.
We also undertake Party Wall matters and accept appointments as Building Owners surveyor, Adjoining Owners Surveyor, Agreed Surveyor or as the Third Surveyor.

The firm was established in Ramsgate, Kent in 2015 to meet the evident need for a multi disciplinary building surveying practice tailored to providing swift, cost effective advice and solutions for a myriad of Client types.
Since our inception we have recorded significant year on year growth and now provide a wider range of services across an ever growing geographical area.
In 2018 a London Office was added to increase our geographical reach and to provide an additional layer of convenience to a number of our Clients.

Graham was educated at Eltham College, London and De Montfort University where he studied Land Management.
He is a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Construction Manager and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
He undertakes Building surveys, party wall matters (including acting as the Third Surveyor), energy surveys, project management, fire risk assessments and property dispute resolution.
Graham also provides training to letting and Estate Agents following his 20 years and 8 national awards in that industry prior to surveying.
He is a Chartered Building Engineer, Chartered Construction Manager and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
