Hatrick Bruce Ltd was founded in 1975 by Euan Ferguson, whose principal aim was to establish a building and civil engineering servicing the local business community.
In 1980, the company settled at their current head office location in Milnathort at the site of the town station yard and livestock market giving the company room to grow and accommodating Hatrick Bruce's future expansion.
Initially Hatrick Bruce Ltd was commissioned to carry out building work packages for major Scottish house builders.
